Start here when the work is still a notion rather than a task.

Invokes the `myaidev-discover` skill. This one runs as a conversation — it asks questions
one at a time and will not fork into a subagent, because discovery is a dialogue.

## Usage

## Options

| Option | Description |
|--------|-------------|
| `--constitution-only` | Write only the constitution |
| `--brief-only` | Write only the brief |
| `--update` | Revise existing artifacts without asking |
| `--status` | Report what exists and exit |

## What It Does

1. Reads what the project already knows — existing artifacts, company config, codebase
   analysis, README — so it never asks a question already answered
2. Walks the constitution article by article: keep, amend, or drop, then what is missing
3. Elicits the problem, users, goals, non-goals, constraints, and risks
4. Drafts the brief in your words, with open questions left honest rather than invented
5. Reads it back for one round of corrections

## Output

## The Constitution

Each article carries an Enforcement level and a Check:

The Check is what the gate evaluates. An article that cannot be given a mechanical check
is recorded as a WARNING, because an unenforceable blocker is silently ignored.
