Throwable Teleporter is an example datapack made with Minity, a 
scripting language for Vanilla Minecraft.

You can craft a "Throwable Teleporter" from 8 slime blocks and a compass.
It's a custom item which will instantly teleport you between two locations.
Throw it at a cactus to destroy it.
