Tooltips are <b>required</b> for icons or buttons without text or if text has to be truncated.</p><p>Tooltips provide
    additional information for the user. These can be used for any component when additional information is required.
    However, they should never duplicate content that is visible on the screen.</p><p>Note that tooltips are not mobile
