2. Choose a template or create custom
3. Set title, description, and budget
4. Add private info (revealed after accept)
5. Set worker limit and expiry
6. Pay with your balance
7. Workers will start completing!

### Pricing
- You pay: Budget + 20% fee
- Worker receives: Budget - 20%
- Example: $10 budget = $12 you pay, $8 worker gets
