Anti-pattern detectors that run the local 10x engine over a pasted batch and surface structural reasons a pattern is expensive: one slot value dominates (sample it).

Each detector returns a [StructuredOutput](../index.md#json-by-default-output) envelope with typed `data.findings` and chains to [Mitigate](../drop/pattern-mitigate.md) via the `actions[]` block.
