# Privacy

Learning Session Organizer is designed for local learning records.

## Captured content

The package captures visible user messages and final assistant messages needed to identify learning questions and build reports. It excludes model thinking, tool-call payloads and results, compaction summaries, and whole control-command turns such as pause, resume, skip, finish, and delete.

## Local data

By default, data is stored under the platform application-data directory in `learning-session-organizer`; set `LEARNING_SESSION_HOME` before starting Pi to choose a different private location. The learning home can contain `learning.sqlite3`, emergency spool files, deletion barriers, and published Markdown report artifacts.

Treat the learning home as private data. Package uninstall does not delete it. Delete it only when you intentionally want permanent local data cleanup.

## Sharing and reports

Reports are local Markdown files until you choose to move or publish them elsewhere. Review generated reports before sharing. Do not attach raw databases, environment files, or bearer tokens to public support requests.
