# Validation Protocol

Block task completion when tests/typecheck/build fail, debug artifacts remain, likely secrets appear, imports break, or syntax is invalid.

Warnings do not block but must be recorded as compact task evidence or retro input: missing practical coverage, undocumented non-obvious logic, new debt, or possible performance regression.
