# Analysis Protocol

Use only during INIT.

1. Classify work as feature, bugfix, audit, refactor, new-project, or tech-debt.
2. Search/read only files needed for that work type.
3. Record evidence-backed findings with severity, affected files, recommendation, and validation.
4. Flag unknowns explicitly; never claim all-clear without evidence.
5. Do not edit product files during analysis.
