## 🚀 Installation Steps

### 1. Open Claude Desktop
Launch the Claude Desktop application

### 2. Navigate to Extensions
- Click **Settings** (gear icon)
- Go to **Extensions** tab
- Click **Advanced Settings**

### 3. Install Extension
- Look for the "Extension Developer" section
- Click **"Install Extension..."**
- Browse to: `D:\KERNL\kernl-mcp\project-mind-4.0.0.mcpb`
- Select the file and click **Open**

### 4. Restart Claude Desktop
- Fully quit Claude Desktop (from system tray)
- Relaunch Claude Desktop

### 5. Verify Installation
- Your **custom KERNL icon** should now appear instead of the generic "P"!
- All 38 tools should be available
