Compiles all soy files before running tests, loads js dependencies.

Testing
-------

There is an issue with paths and until it is fixed the best way to test the plugin is to check it out
directly to node_modules folder and apply all changes there.

If you do not have a permission to publish the package you have to ask one of the owners to do it for you:

    $ npm owner ls

Publishing:

    $ npm publish

 - Move the package to `@atlassian` namespace
 - Make testing simpler (simple package linking should work just fine)
