Do I need to tell my current supplier I’m switching?
No – once you’ve completed the switch by filling in your details on this page, we’ll handle everything for you.
Can they object to me switching?
It’s very unlikely, but if they do, we’ll be in touch to help you sort things out.
FAQ
When will you take my Direct Debit payment each month?
Let us know your Direct Debit details and we’ll set up a monthly payment for the next available date for you. Please
tell us in plenty of time if you want to change your payment date, as we have to give your bank or building society
at least 5 days’ notice of a new Direct Debit instruction.
When will I get my first statement?
We’ll provide your first statement within 28 days of your Change of Tenancy date.
