Groups every active proxy's tools, plus the admin ops channel and any connected extension, for Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+A (Human MCP Relay). Click a group's title to scope this page (and the relay) down to just that one — e.g. /hub/atlassian or /hub/extension — or come back here for everything at once. An MCP client doesn't need any of this: each of these already has its own root connection, addressable directly (describe_tools).
