Every tool call made through this server's MCP endpoint, newest first. Kept in memory only. Filter by MCP session when several agents work at once. Export report produces a Markdown summary (errors, parameter usage, retries) to give an LLM that should improve the tools; an agent can get the same through admin__tool_call_report.
