The decision record template in `references/08-decision-record-and-skeleton.md` is derived from **MADR** (Markdown Any Decision Records, https://adr.github.io/madr/), published under `MIT OR CC0-1.0`, combined with the structure proposed by Michael Nygard in "Documenting Architecture Decisions" (2011). The additions (`supersedes`, `revisit-if`, the entry types for skipped phases and pending items) are original to this skill.

The rest of the material comes from official documentation and primary sources cited in each reference file, and from original work. No third-party skill content is reproduced.
