### Changes

No longer must utility clone repository locally for job processing, this has decreased run times by 90 percent!

* Added new grunt tasks, simply running grunt from projects root folder will both update documentation and release notes
* Current version tag queried from Git repository without cloning locally.
* Current branch commit sha queried from Git repository without cloning locally.
* *release_name* from settings.json not longer applied to version tag - Value only used now for *FLAVOR*  build variable
  applications
* Clean up dependencies for publishing.
* Provide username to Bitrise builds of executing jobrunner to help with troubleshooting.
