Der Adapter ist ausschließlich für Systeme und Installationen bestimmt, die von NexoWatt betrieben, geliefert, autorisiert oder ausdrücklich lizenziert wurden.

Sofern dieser Adapter auf Open-Source-Komponenten basiert oder solche enthält, gelten für diese Bestandteile zusätzlich die jeweiligen Drittanbieter-Lizenzen. Die in diesem Repository enthaltenen Hinweise zu Drittanbieter-Lizenzen bleiben unberührt. Diese proprietäre NexoWatt-Lizenz beschränkt insbesondere die NexoWatt-spezifischen Änderungen, das sichtbare EOS-Design, das Branding und die damit verbundenen Assets.
