The MS-PL Components are provided "as is" by the third party licensors who disclaim all liabilities, damages, (even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages), warranties, indemnities and other obligations of any kind, express or implied, with regard to the MS-PL Components. The MS-PL Components are excluded from any indemnity provided by Infragistics Inc. in this license. Nothing in the foregoing affects any performance warranty provided by Infragistics Inc. with regard to the SOFTWARE as a whole. 

B. The SOFTWARE may also include third party components ("Other Components") licensed under, and subject to the permission of the MIT License found at https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT. The Other Components are provided "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
