# Hyperprop Charting Library — Commercial License

This package (`@hyperprop/charting-library`) is proprietary, commercially
licensed software. It is **not** open source and is **not** free to use.

## What you may NOT do without a license

Without a valid, paid Hyperprop Commercial License agreement you may not:

- use this package in any product, service, or internal tool (whether
  commercial or non-commercial, public or private);
- copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the software;
- redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer the
  software or any part of it;
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.

Downloading or installing this package from a package registry does not grant
any license to use it.

## Getting a license

A Hyperprop Commercial License grants your organization the right to use the
library in your products under the terms of a signed agreement, including
pricing agreed with Hyperprop.

## Evaluation

Short-term, non-production evaluation of the library (for example in the
public playground or a local proof of concept) is permitted solely to assess
the product before purchasing a license. Any production, customer-facing, or
revenue-generating use requires a commercial license.
