## Bans

- Pi loads only `./src/index.ts` from `package.json` → `pi.extensions`.
- Do not add toggled bundles to `pi.extensions`.
- Config: `/mode`, then `/reload`. Tests may set `HOTMILK_CONFIG_ROOT`.
- Requirement add/remove is human except factual drift sync.
