### deploy-config
Launches an interactive questionnaire for generating a local 'deploy.yaml' file with deployment details
 for current development environment.
****Note**** This task must be run before the `deploy` task in order for it to function.
****Note**** File is put in the directory specified by `localConfigPath` of the
 'gulpw-config.*' file or the default is used ('./.gulpw').
