## Key Optimizations Applied

### 1. License Checker Optimization (44% improvement)
- **Before**: Tree format output (~1.8s)
- **After**: JSON format output (~1.0s)
- **Changes**:
  - Use `--json` flag instead of tree format
  - Disable color output with `--noColor true`
  - Optimized configuration flags

### 2. Audit-CI Optimization (13% improvement)

  - Use `--report-type important` for faster processing
