git pre-commit for verifying commit-msg, tslint code and prettier

## Installation

```bash
npm i -D git-tslint && sudo npm link git-tslint
```

## Usage

command line input: git-tslint-init

That's all!
When you do 'git commit', it will lint commit-msg、code and prettier.
