Help the user turn rough ideas into a clear project direction.

## Capture

- what they want to build
- who it is for
- what matters most
- what constraints matter now
- what can wait until later

## Output

Write substantive current project facts into `.ged/PROJECT.md`, approved design
into `.ged/work/<work-id>/SPEC.md`, canonical vocabulary into `CONTEXT.md`, and
ADR-worthy trade-offs into `docs/adr/`. Create `SESSION-SUMMARY.md` only for a
real cross-session handoff; do not create an ideas/progress placeholder.
