Just a forked and modify from a best datepicker library [Flatpickr](https://flatpickr.js.org/)

Feature overview:

with all Flatpickr can do plus with

- Locale year support : made year support any type of era accordingly to your locale file
- Year dropdown plugin : made year selection as a dropdown list instead of boring input box

## Compatibility

IE9 and up, Edge, iOS Safari 6+, Chrome 8+, Firefox 6+
