fetch-ndjson

fetch-ndjson turns new line delimited JSON streaming responses retrieved using Fetch API into Generators that yield JSON.

## Usage

import ndjson from 'fetch-ndjson';

let reader = res.body.getReader();
let gen = ndjson(reader);
