## TCP and socket Streams

`import { sockerServer, socketClient, tcpClient} from 'f-streams'`

-   `server = socketServer(serverOptions, listener, streamOptions)`  
    Creates a socket server.  
    The `listener` is called as `listener(stream)`  
    where `stream` is a reader and writer.

    Creates a TCP client.
