## Generic stream constructors

`import { genericReader, genericWriter } from 'f-streams'`

-   `reader = genericReader(read[, stop])`  
    creates a reader from a given `read()` function and an optional `stop([arg])` function.
-   `writer = genericWriter(write)`  
    creates a writer from a given `write(val)` function.
