# SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This software and all associated documentation (the "Software") are the exclusive property of Arthouse Architecture. This license governs your use of the Software.

## 1. RESTRICTIONS
The Software is licensed, not sold. Arthouse Architecture reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under this license. Unless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation, you may use the Software only as expressly permitted in this agreement. In doing so, you must comply with any technical limitations in the Software that only allow you to use it in certain ways.

You may not:
*   Work around any technical limitations in the Software;
*   Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
*   Make more copies of the Software than specified in this agreement;
*   Publish the Software for others to copy;
*   Rent, lease, or lend the Software;
*   Transfer the Software or this agreement to any third party;
*   Use the Software for commercial software hosting services.

## 2. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All title and copyrights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the Software), and any copies of the Software are owned by Arthouse Architecture.

## 3. ENTERPRISE COMPLIANCE
This version is designed for enterprise-grade deployment and includes strict data privacy controls. No data is transmitted to Arthouse Architecture or third-party cloud providers unless explicitly configured by the END USER via API keys.

## 4. TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, Arthouse Architecture may terminate this license if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.
