- on Ipad in portrtait the notifications pulldown isn't showing
- on xs size, the minimize btn has to be clicked twice

- liquid-outlet interacts bad with 'content-wrapper' because the class/id should be applied to liquid-child but
  there is no way to do it, so the wrapper has to be moved to every content
