Get a list of of ZRC-2 contracts.

### Parameters

| Name     | Type | Required | Description                                                                               |
| -------- | ---- | -------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `filter` | JSON | Optional | Filter is used for pagination, `after` is the offset and `limit` is the size of the list. |
