Retrieve the details of a given ZRC-2 contract.

### Parameters

| Name     | Type   | Required | Description                                                               |
| -------- | ------ | -------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `token`  | String | Required | The smart contract address of the token (leave empty when using `symbol`) |
| `symbol` | String | Required | The symbol of the token (leave empty when using `token`)                  |
