Visual identity: the original character Mingyue (溟月) was created by Bilibili creator 上善无形; Bilibili creator ZipZipPipe later combined her with DeepSeek elements and the maid outfit. ## DreamSkin source / DreamSkin 原出处

The theme was ported from the DreamSkin package [DeepSeek-鲸鱼娘 `ver_cb557ececaa5de3f3dbe`](https://dreamskin.cc/themes/ver_cb557ececaa5de3f3dbe) by **powerdog996**. That page lists the package as MIT; this plugin therefore treats the DreamSkin listing's MIT as applying to its packaging/code, while the character and artwork remain under the original creator's CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 terms. If the DreamSkin listing was intended to relicense the artwork itself, that would conflict with the original non-commercial/share-alike terms; the stricter CC license is the one this plugin follows.

The plugin source code is MIT — see [LICENSE](LICENSE). The MIT license does **not** cover the bundled artwork (`assets/background.jpg`, the derived character layers, previews or icons). Those remain CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
