# MCP Lens End User License Agreement

Effective date: August 15, 2026

This separate Marketplace EULA applies to the MCP Lens source code, GitHub Action, and bundled software artifacts published from this repository.

## Governing license

MCP Lens is licensed under the [MIT License](LICENSE). This EULA incorporates that license by reference and does not narrow, revoke, or add restrictions to any right granted by it. If this notice and the MIT License are ever read differently, the MIT License controls.

## No hosted service

MCP Lens is distributed as software, not as a maintainer-operated hosted service. The maintainers do not receive runtime tool payloads through the Action, plugin, or static calculator and do not provide an uptime commitment, managed data-processing service, or service-level agreement.

## User-controlled integrations

You decide which model providers, MCP servers, local commands, credentials, headers, repositories, and workflow artifacts to connect. Those third-party services and your use of them are governed by their own terms and policies.

## Warranty and liability

The warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability in the MIT License apply. No additional warranty, indemnity, or support commitment is created by this notice.

## Support and privacy

Best-effort support channels are listed in [SUPPORT.md](SUPPORT.md). Data-handling boundaries are described in [PRIVACY.md](PRIVACY.md), and security reports must follow [SECURITY.md](SECURITY.md).
