This software and its documentation (the "Software") are the property of hviana
(the "Licensor"). The source is published so the Software can be read, audited,
used, and improved freely. Funding is voluntary — through GitHub Sponsors — and
redistribution is the one thing a sponsor or a commercial licence is asked for.

1. FREE USE

   Without payment and without asking, you may:

   (a) install, run, and use the Software for any purpose, personal or
       commercial, in your own environments;
   (b) make the copies you need to do so;
   (c) read, study, and modify the Software for your own use.

   Internal use is never conditional on payment. It is free, always — even at a
   company, even with your own modifications.

2. REDISTRIBUTION

   You may not redistribute the Software without either (i) sponsorship of this
   project through GitHub Sponsors, or (ii) a separate written commercial
   licence from the Licensor. "Redistribute" means:

   (a) publish, fork, or otherwise distribute the Software or a modified
       version of it, in source or built form;
   (b) sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend it;
   (c) offer it to third parties as a hosted, managed, or embedded service; or
   (d) incorporate it into a product or service that you distribute.

   Using the Software inside your own development — including to build a
   product, so long as the Software itself is not passed to third parties — is
   use under clause 1, not redistribution.

3. CONTRIBUTIONS

   Contributions are welcome, and they are made on the understanding that the
   Licensor may continue to steward the project commercially. By submitting a
   contribution (a pull request, patch, or other material offered for
   inclusion), you:

   (a) represent that you are entitled to grant the rights below, and that if
       the contribution was made in the course of your employment, your
       employer consents to it; and

   (b) grant the Licensor an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free,
       transferable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish,
       distribute, and otherwise exploit the contribution — including
       commercially and under any other licence, open or proprietary — without
       further permission, notice, or payment.

   Submitting a contribution does not oblige the Licensor to accept or use it,
   and it does not limit your own rights to your contribution outside this
   Software.

4. OWNERSHIP

   The Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software,
   including every intellectual property right in it. No rights are granted
   other than those stated in this licence.

5. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

   The distributed build includes third-party open-source components that remain
   governed by their own licences. Those licences, and the notices they require,
   are reproduced in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md. Nothing in this licence limits the
   rights those licences grant in those components.

   The Software is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or
   sponsored by DeepSeek, Anthropic, or OpenAI. "DeepSeek Harness", "Claude
   Code", and "Codex" belong to their respective owners and are used here only
   to identify the software this plugin interoperates with.

6. NO WARRANTY

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT
   BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR
   CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, NOR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE,
   ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT,
   TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

   The Software delegates work to autonomous coding agents that modify files
   and run commands on the machine it is installed on. Choosing which
   workspaces, credentials, and permissions to give it is your responsibility
   alone.

8. ENFORCEMENT

   Redistribution without the sponsorship or licence that clause 2 requires is
   an infringement of copyright. The free-use grant in clause 1 is unaffected by,
   and survives, any dispute about redistribution.
