For read compatibility with the pre-rename layout it will ALSO open $DSH_HOME/evolution/ when the new directory does not exist yet, and it never moves that data on its own — `tools/migrate-store.mjs` does the copy and only when the operator runs it. It reads and writes nothing else; it never opens another plugin's memory store. The visualization row only reads that store, and `tools/viz-watch.mjs` is a standalone read-only viewer the operator runs themselves — the plugin never spawns a process. The `anagenesis` preset row may also write $DSH_HOME/.agent-presets/anagenesis/ on hosts that still discover presets as directories, and removes exactly the files it created when unloaded.",
