This is a proprietary license. It is not an open-source license.

1. Definitions

"Software" means Dominus and all code, binaries, plugins, documentation,
assets, and other materials distributed with this license.

"Modified Version" means any work based on or containing all or part of the
Software, with or without changes.

2. Permission

Subject to this license, you may:

- install, run, and use the Software;
- make reasonable backup copies; and
- modify the Software for your own personal or internal use.

You may use projects and other output created with the Software for any lawful
purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that the output does not
contain or distribute the Software or a substantial portion of it.

3. Restrictions

Unless you first obtain the copyright holder's written permission, you may not:

- sell, offer for sale, rent, lease, license, sublicense, charge for, monetize,
  or otherwise commercially exploit the Software or a Modified Version;
- publish, distribute, share, transfer, or otherwise make the Software or a
  Modified Version available to any third party, whether for payment or free of
  charge;
- provide the Software or a Modified Version as a hosted or managed service
  through which a third party can access its substantial functionality;
- remove, hide, or alter any copyright, attribution, trademark, or license
  notice; or
- claim or imply that you created or own the original Software or that a
  Modified Version is entirely your own work.

If the copyright holder gives you written permission to distribute a Modified
Version, you must clearly identify your changes, credit Dominus and Eli as the
source of the original Software, preserve all notices, and include this license
unless that written permission says otherwise.

This license does not grant permission to use the Dominus name, logo, or other
marks to advertise or endorse a product or service.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Eli retains all right, title, and interest
in the Software. You retain any copyright you may have in original material you
add to a Modified Version, but you receive no ownership of the underlying
Software, and the Modified Version remains subject to this license.

5. Termination

Your rights under this license terminate automatically if you violate it. Upon
termination, you must stop using the Software and destroy all copies in your
possession or control. Sections 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8 survive termination.

6. Other Versions and Licenses

This license applies only to copies and versions of the Software distributed
with it. A copy previously distributed under a different license remains
governed by the license that accompanied that copy.

7. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM,
DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE,
WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.
