DevTune is not open source. Buying it buys you the right to use it, described
below. It does not transfer ownership of anything.


WHAT YOU MAY DO
---------------

1. Install and use DevTune on any computer you personally control, on as many
   of your own projects as you like, commercial or not.

2. Ship games you build with it, and keep every cent. Games you make are
   yours. Nothing you build with DevTune is owed to Knotted Studios.

3. Keep using the version you have, forever. This licence does not expire and
   does not check in with a server.


WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
-------------------

1. Redistribute DevTune, in whole or in part, by any means — not the npm
   package, not the .devtune folder it writes, not the medium packs, not the
   AI kit, not this file. Do not upload it, mirror it, host it, torrent it,
   include it in a bundle, or hand it to another person.

2. Sell, resell, rent, sublicense, or offer DevTune as a service, whether on
   its own, renamed, modified, or as part of something larger.

3. Use DevTune's source, structure, or documentation as the basis of a
   competing product.

4. Remove or alter copyright notices.


PER SEAT
--------

One purchase covers one person. If your studio has five people using it, buy
five. There is no technical enforcement of this.

That is deliberate, and worth saying plainly rather than implying otherwise:
DevTune runs entirely on your machine and never contacts a server. There is no
licence key, no account, and no check — nothing here is stopping you. It is a
request made in good faith by one developer to another, at a price low enough
that honouring it costs you almost nothing.


NO WARRANTY
-----------

DevTune is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied,
including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, and non-infringement.

DevTune writes to your source files. That is the entire point of it. Use
version control. Keep backups. In no event shall Knotted Studios LLC be liable
for any claim, damages, lost work, or other liability arising from the use of
this software.


IF THIS LICENCE IS BROKEN

Your right to use DevTune ends immediately. Knotted Studios LLC reserves every
remedy available under copyright law.
