# GO / NO-GO

[`../SKILL.md`](../SKILL.md) owns gates. Draft native acceptance, test, doubt,
and seven reviewer accounts in `seal.md`; then run
`devrites-engine check seal <slug>` for structure/freshness.

## NO-GO

NO-GO on unproven acceptance/prohibitions/key links, red repository checks,
stale proof, drift/open validating questions, Critical code/security, unsafe
rollback, or an unapproved principle violation. Also block:
- missing/adverse exact proof, spec, or test verdict;
- deleted/skipped/focused/tautological/weakened tests;
- missing/silent required review or invalid conditional account;
- a stood decision without reconciled exact doubt verdict;
- an unblessed loss vs the recorded progress baseline (`check regression` `BLOCKED`);
- opted-in mutation missing/below threshold (otherwise optional).

## GO

GO needs fresh acceptance, green proof, resolved drift/human gates, acceptable
security/data/rollback risk, every account, and no Critical.

When only Important findings remain, ask:

Default NO-GO. `y` accepts named Important risks only, never Critical/missing proof.
