## Tag Defaults
#### Link
The default link causes an underline when hovering. Do one of the following to write `<a>` to avoid underlining.
- Add class `.no-deco` e.g. `<a href="#" class="no-deco">`
- In scss, use placeholder `%link-no-deco`

- In scss, use mixin `no-decoration()`
