  • How to invoke Update Incident from COCO?

  1. Click on Service Desk in main menu or from the command list, list of options will be sent to you by COCO, find update incident in the list and click on it. This will display you a card with previous incidents, click on the incident that you want to update, fill in the comment and submit it.

  2. Simply type in “update incident” or “I want to update my incidents” and this will directly display the update incident card without any navigation.
