Cancel Exception helps you to cancel your raised exceptions. You just need to add a reason for cancellation and submit the cancel request.

  • How to invoke Cancel Exception from COCO?

  1. Click on Attendance in main menu or from the command list, list of options will be sent to you by COCO, find Cancel Exception in the list and click on it. This will display you list of your previous exceptions and choose any exception that you wish to cancel.

  2. Simply type in “Cancel Exception” or “I want to cancel my exception” and this will directly display the cancel exception list without any navigation.
