- Added `status` and `doctor` commands for inspecting the Homebrew wrapper,
  installed upstream version, latest upstream version, service state, and old
  release binaries.
- Added `repair` to reconcile partial installs by reusing an existing upstream
  binary when possible, rewriting the wrapper, cleaning old release binaries,
  and restarting the service when needed.
- Validate an existing target binary before reusing it during update or repair,
  and fall back to a verified download when validation fails.
- Require existing target binaries to pass validation before the default update
  path reports that a version is already current.
- Match reused binary versions with numeric boundaries so shorter target
  versions cannot match longer installed versions.
