CircuitJSON Toolkit license

The repository-owned software in CircuitJSON Toolkit is licensed under the GNU
Affero General Public License v3.0 or later (`AGPL-3.0-or-later`).

The full AGPL license text is available in:

    LICENSES/AGPL-3.0-or-later.txt

Documentation and non-code media are licensed separately where marked in
`REUSE.toml`, primarily under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0
(`CC-BY-SA-4.0`).

Closed-source, proprietary, or otherwise AGPL-incompatible use requires a
separate commercial/proprietary license from the copyright holder. See
`COMMERCIAL-LICENSE.md`.

Vendored third-party artifacts and package-manager dependencies retain their
own license terms and notices.
