bzip2 library for JavaScript

## API

### `decompress(data, crc)`
* `data`: `Uint8Array` - The data to be decompressed.
* `crc`: `boolean` - Check data using CRC32. Default: `true`.
* **Returns**: `Uint8Array`

Decompresses `data`.
