- determine how we CAN deploy to lambdas, and how config should look
  * default should be one function per lambda, whole app uploaded (MVP)
  * should be able to group functions & folders to different lambdas (for example /my/path + my_folder is one lambda)
    * should error if folder doesn't contain route handler




- build out lambda deploy
- add general cmdline override of bombastic.js file (BOOM! how ya like me now?!)
