What's sufficiently large? At the time of this writing, I would take offers to purchase the domain outright seriously only if the cash amount offered is greater than US $5,000,000.
If you are seriously interested in the domain, but the price above seems too high, you may consider leasing some rights for a limited time. You may lease the rights to the domain's website and email for $400,000/year, with a guaranteed term of five years. I am willing to discuss selling an option for outright purchase that would apply at the end of that term.
