### **2. Strict Prohibitions Against Duplication & Commercial Exploitation**
* **Zero Commercial Resale / SaaS Hosting:** You may not sell, rent, lease, sub-license, host as a managed service (SaaS), or commercially exploit the Software, or any derivative work, without an express written Commercial License Agreement executed by Bartholomew AI.
* **No AI Training or Distillation:** You may not use the Software, its source code, AST transformations, or verification benchmarks to train, fine-tune, distill, or evaluate competing artificial intelligence, code generation, or CI auto-repair models.
* **No Unauthorized Cloning:** No entity or competitor may replicate, clone, or white-label the mechanical verification engine, trajectory intercept architecture, or cryptographic attestation protocol for commercial deployment.
