1. PROPRIETARY GRANT & RESTRICTIONS:

This software, source code, compiler AST delta algorithms, Go kernel trajectory
daemons, cryptographic attestation modules, and associated documentation (the "Software")
are the exclusive intellectual property of Bartholomew AI & Contributors.

Permission is hereby granted to inspect, evaluate, and run the Software solely for
non-commercial evaluation, security auditing, and academic research purposes, subject to
the following strict prohibitions:

2. EXPLICIT COMMERCIAL & DUPLICATION PROHIBITIONS:

(a) ZERO COMMERCIAL RESALE / HOSTING: You may not sell, rent, lease, sub-license, host as
    a managed service (SaaS), or commercially exploit the Software, or any derivative work,
    without an express written Commercial License Agreement executed by Bartholomew AI.

(b) NO AI TRAINING / DERIVATIVE EXTRACTION: You may not use the Software, its source code,
    AST transformations, or verification benchmarks to train, fine-tune, distill, or
    evaluate competing artificial intelligence, code generation, or CI auto-repair models.

(c) NO UNAUTHORIZED CLONING: No entity or competitor may replicate, clone, or white-label
    the mechanical verification engine, trajectory intercept architecture, or cryptographic
    attestation protocol for commercial deployment.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PATENTS:

All patents, patent applications, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secret rights
pertaining to the AST surgical patch synthesis, RFC 8785 Ed25519 verifiable receipts,
and sub-microsecond POSIX execution barriers remain the sole property of Bartholomew AI.
