### Executive Summary
Every enterprise blindspot and hyperscaler requirement has been fully implemented, unit-tested, and pushed to the main repository (`5faf930`):

1. **Model Context Protocol (MCP) Proxy Gateway (`src/mcp_gateway.py`)**:
   - Acts as a transparent, zero-code-change JSON-RPC 2.0 proxy sitting natively between MCP Clients (Claude Desktop, Cursor, AWS Bedrock Agents) and downstream MCP Servers (Postgres, GitHub, Filesystem).

   - Enables multi-agent swarm non-repudiation. When a planner agent delegates tasks to an executor agent, instructions are wrapped in a signed `BTP/A2A/2.3` cryptographic envelope.
   - The downstream executor agent validates the Ed25519 signature, timestamp freshness, and granted capability scopes prior to physical tool execution.

3. **Enterprise Cloud KMS & OIDC Role Claims (`src/cloud_identity.py`)**:
   - Abstract `KeyManagementProvider` decouples key storage, adding native support for **AWS KMS**, **HashiCorp Vault**, and **Google Cloud KMS** alongside local FIPS 186-5 Ed25519.
   - Integrates an **OIDC JWT claims evaluator** (Cognito, Okta, Entra ID) to enforce role-based policy rules (e.g., *"Deny DROP TABLE unless claims contain role: DB_Admin"*).

4. **AWS Bedrock Runtime Guard (`src/aws_bedrock_adapter.py`)**:
   - Native drop-in wrapper (`BTPBedrockGuard`) for Amazon Bedrock Runtime `converse()` and Bedrock Agents, intercepting `toolUse` blocks before execution against AWS infrastructure.

5. **Dynamic Remote Policy Hot-Reloader (`src/remote_policy_loader.py`)**:
   - Eliminates process restarts by dynamically polling remote policy files from **AWS S3, AWS AppConfig, or HTTPS endpoints** with SHA-256 ETag integrity checks and zero-downtime hot reloading.

6. **AWS CDK & Terraform Infrastructure-as-Code (`aws_cdk/` & `terraform/`)**:
   - Includes a 5-line `BartholomewGuardConfig` CDK construct for AWS architects deploying Lambda Layers or ECS Sidecars, alongside a production-ready Terraform module (`main.tf`) for 1-click DevOps pipeline deployment.
