Use the `memory_search` MCP tool with the user's topic as the query. Present results clearly with category and content.

If no results found, suggest the user store something with `/apsolut-store`.

After presenting results, call `memory_rate` on memories the user acted on. Score is 0–3: `0` ignored/useless, `1` marginally relevant, `2` helpful context, `3` directly applied.
